But, each book varies in their live chat procedure, you can't fault a clerk for following a script. I'm sure Bodog would be willing to look at situations like this and make adjustments, it's good feedback to point out.

Regardless of whether the CS had to follow orders, it's pretty stupid to require "security checks" for something as simple as telling a customer about deposit methods. The question should require a yes or no answer, period.

If she had a brain she would know that the procedure is retard regarding what I am asking. If she might be reprimanded, for doing something that would improve the company she should, go over her supervisor and tell uppermanagement, that the current supervisor is retarded and should be fired. She should than take that position and change retard rules like these.
