I sent a generic inquiry / request / complaint to GC's information sales online since there doesn't seem to be an apparent way to formally file a complaint on GC's website. Independently, I have sent a complaint to Betsoft, including to some of their technical and corporate managers. That was done last night and again this evening. So far, no response.

    If they were smart, they would put my entire balance back into my account and have my account re-enabled, with full access for me to take payouts.

    They can also see that there is a similar post on both "Ask Gamblers" and "Trust Pilot" that has gained a lot of community tracking and support.

    Perhaps they will see all the negative feedback that the community has voiced.

    All they have to do is put the entire balance back into my account and re-enable it, with full access for payouts. Simple. Not hard to do.

    Yea it was pretty bad. I had saved the guys text and proved he lied when he screwed me. After realizing i was not going to get paid i made it my mission to post everything here and screw them out of as many future clients as i could. The more i posted the madder the guy got. So i just kept posting.

    He even threatened to go after my wife and break into our house because he knew our address stuff like that. Guy was a real piece of shit.

    Betsoft has received three emails from me; whereby about 20 different Betsoft email domains were used to try and reach those 20 individuals / divisions. As of this morning, there has been no reply from Betsoft.

    Exactly! Plus, MYB Casino / My Bookie made the claim that the two slots in question had glitches for nearly a year. However, "Take Santa's Bank" was released as a new slot game on November 19, 2020.

    Most of those are a "buy bonus" spin game option" with some having a 5, 7, 10, or 15 bonus spin side game if you land a "natural" 3-bonus spin. I guess if the Player doesn't want to try and land a "natural 3-bonus spin", then the Player can opt for a "buy bonus" game option, paying an appropriate amount to enter the bonus game depending upon the bet size.

    Exactly. I am an idiot for even going in these things at all . Although i have limited myself and gotten a lot better. My main concern was to not win a big amount sports betting then lose it all in the damn rigged casino in 5 minutes.

    Even when they get caught cheating they still make excuses. Remember this guy at Betonline they only refunded the guy it happened to and called the entire incident "Human Error" Funny thing is going back i actually played against this guy. And it is not just Betonline other books use this same 3rd party Live Casino.If you go on Youwager some others back then you would see the exact same dealers.

    I've seen this guy before too. Always smiling like he knows he can rip any card in his favor at any point in time. These third-party live casino operators placed dudes and dudettes from the street, and slap a dealer's costume on them, and give them a five-minute crash course on how to deal cards. I'm sure part of the training crash course is to show them the little button near the shoe that probably would hold a "10" or an "ace" whenever they need it. The rooms they deal these games in look like garages or empty building floors with some nuevo background to make it look "Vegas-like".

    Not far from the truth. MyBookie is a shooting gallary and pros like Raiders know it. You do not deposit $2,000 and cash out $84,000 and run up another $210,000 on a casino game without knowing something. That is not a good run.

    MyBookie has a lot of problems because they are easy to take advantage of.

    Yes. Because it was legitimate winnings. Then they decided to stop paying me. Only reason why the payouts stopped. Probably because they are in financial trouble or something. They still owe me the money either way. SBR is helping to try and get it back for me. Very pleased about their efforts and willingness to help!
