This type of shit should affect bodog's SBR rating..the fact that there is even the possibility of the site failing due to overwhelming traffic, thats pathetic...its 405 and the site still isnt loading

Absolutely no excuse and even though you saved money getting shut out, it probably wasn't worth the stress that it caused.

You deserve some sort of customer service bonus gesture from them.

Yup, this seems to happen with Bodog. It burnt me last year and thankfully not this year. I just took everything out. I'll stick with 5dimes and BetJam, they both have better lines than Bodog anyways...

You are right guys, there is no excuse for being down at any peak times. This problem has since been resolved and bodog.com is committed to doing whatever needs to be done to ensure that disruptions of this nature are fewer and farther between. Bodog.com management realizes that 100% uptime is not possible given how many parts and pieces are involved, but they can certainly try to get as close as possible.

There's also no excuse to deal dual lines and advertise a public line set that nobody with two active brain cells gets, and if you call CS about that they lie out their asses about it claiming "lines often move." Not to mention that you use lengthy delays to keep your prop lines up to date rather than actually use a decent linesman, something else CS will flat out lie about.

Thanks for coming on here and responding.

My problem is this: You spent countless hours promoting the Derby, and I spent all day betting horses through your racebook, which I believe is one of the best. So the site was overwhelmed, thats one thing. Then I call your CS, and get a rep after being on hold for more than 10 min. Then I am forwarded to the racebook, put on hold for at least 20 minutes, then when I finally get through, I get disconnected.

Then I call back, and am forced to wait again. Finally I do get my bets in, but the way it was handled was awful. I sent CS an email, and they responded with some canned message about yes we are down, but don't worry, your funds are safe. Very disappointing.

I have withdrawn all funds, and will await my check. I really like Bodog. I really like the Racebook and Casino. But this is the second time I have gotten so angry, that I have emptied my account. This really should be made right.

Get over yourself and be appreciative of an out that offers plenty of props and doesn't clone Pinnacle.

Two reasons:
1. I live in a state where legal US options are not available due to state law.
2. If I hit a big one >$600, I don't have to sign for it.

I would be happy to bypass reason number two if wagering was available in my state. But it isn't.
