1 Betjamaica- Been using off and on for over 5 years. Good customer service, fast payouts and plenty of payout methods, one of the few books that still payout via **.

2 The Greek- Quality book with a variety of lines for serious bettors, fast payouts and plenty of payout methods, but I don't like there customer service as much as Jamaica.

3 BetPhoenix- They are seriously flawed but they have payed and fast when I asked, I am bugged by the fact that they treat ******** as any other credit card rather than a pre-paid card which is essentially cash, and is treated like that by the 2 books I put above them, plus too many complaints make me skeptical about ever putting down a good chunk of money with them.
