Moneybookers + Neteller will be up after we move....
You guys are doing all the right things. Glad to see you don't shy away from "professionals". Look forward to being a customer after the move.

Even though I understand your thoughts on this rule, I don't agree with it.
7) Non-Recreational players (as determined by Management) will have greater rollover requirements placed on their account.

Hello Biboydan,
So far, we have do not enforce that rule, except couple accounts open just for bonus (win then withdraw, open new account -> get bonus), and fake referral accounts. Beside that we only have 4x rollover.
Is their a sliding scale on this or is it a set criteria in place? If their is a set rule in place what would it be?
I'm not a bonus abuser at all, but I am curious of the answer in case a dispute might arise at some point later down the road.
Also, By any chance do you have a mirror site?

+ Winning account: No Bonus
+ If you withdraw: e.g: $1500, you have to deposit more than that amount (more than $1500) to receive bonus (on losing account), if winning account, still no bonus.
+ Fake referral account: no bonus (20% FP up to $500 on first deposit, require at least 2 weeks action , 4x roll over or the referral account lost all the money )
Do you have a mirror or alternate site in case the main site is down. If so what is it?

What does that mean?
Cascade was backed by Skybook, until they weren't.
What does it mean to be "Backed?" Have they actually given you a bank roll you hold to play with, or are they just there as a source of funds of last resort? Have they put up the operating capital?
I'd really like someone to spell it out for me. I have heard it for years.

Hello JC,
Owner of BetDsi is one of the owners of BetPhoenix.
the dude said, he'll get back to me next week. i won't bet in any books that are not recognized by pinny or oly. that is a pretty good rule of thumb of not getting stiffed, imo.

Usually it is Pico. However if I remember correctly didn't Cascade also do book-2-book transfers with Pinnacle in the past. I mean look what happen to there. I guess my point is nothing is deemed safe in this industry.

if you do regular book to book transfers, then you'll know something is up when your interbook transfer does not go through in 30 minutes. that is ahead of those fedex checks, ach , neteller etc. so you get a early warning signal when something bad is about to happen. hopefully that'll give you enough time to quietly get all your money out before the public realize the book is going under.

I really would have thought they would have had much better Tennis odds than they do. The drops on them seem to be worse than even TheGreek.

Yes, plenty of news. They've expanded, and added a number of turnkeys (Sports-1, Mania, Wagerchief). They became a sponsor here at SBR, were added to SBRodds, and were responsive to requests on this forum. Payouts were fast. The only notable negative was an outage of several days in the second half of November '09. Other than that, no complaints. To be continued.

Not if you lose, they put out some weak lines but lately you've gotten hammered by hitting them up.

And if you win , what is the limit 100euro max or lower?
P.S. However pinnacle is no.1, they don't care if you win.

I just signed up with betpheonix.
They are just fine, so far. They have all the regular stuff plus a lot of team totals bets and quarter bets, etc.
