Hi guys. I'm using TheGreek, Betjamaica, Matchbook and BetFair for a loong time. Never used Betphoenix but I'm thinking about buying a Free Play at SBR Store and noticed that Betphoenix's freeplays are cheaper then Betjamaica. Are you happy with Betphoenix? Any payout(or other) problems? I saw BP is ranked B+ at SBR Ratings.

#2Not happy with Bet Phoenix at all......Joined 2 months ago......had limits set at $5000 which have been reduced to 2K and two days were reduced to $500 max. They tell me that they do not consider me a recreational player. My first withdrawal request was received within 5 days, but I requested a second payout on April 19th, and payout has only been processed today, although they state that time frame to be processed is 24-48 hours. I am trying to get all my funds out of BP, but may take a month or so based on amount in my account. Hope this is of use.Comment -

#4They are OK with me, especially for a free play voucher. No reason not too. Some guy complaining about no 5K limits (WTF) has nothing to do with you.Comment -

#6I have gone up and down with my feelings for BetPhoenix. I would still recommend them, but I had issues with their limits being so low in the beginning. However, after a discussion about my problem on the forums here, BP increased my limits to where I can work with it. I am still working on a $225K roll-over with them and it can be a pain with their rolling limits. Meaning, the limits increase the closer you get to game time. However, if limits are not your concern, then they are an excellent book.

#7If everything you want to do is 500 or below they will be good for you. If you want opinionated lines they are really a must out. In my top 5 books for over a year now. Something that is not talked abt very often on here is that some books are great for certain sports. i.e. BJ is better for baseball than greek and vice versa during college hoops BUT, i have found Phoenix's numbers good across all the major sports. Full disclosure: I don't get bonuses, i have a delay and limts of 500 and they can't always payout via ewallets. Still, i am there every day.Comment -

#8The BETJAM freeplay is actually better than BetPhoenix anyways, as they allow you to wager dogs over +200.............Comment -

#14BetPhoenix is an interesting book. They put on an image like they will take rec and pro players alike. They clearly do not want pro action though. When they kick pro players out though, they do it fairly.
Anyone betting under $300 a game who wants to improve, BP is a fantastic book. Between low juice and soft lines, it's easy to get the best of it there.Comment -

#16So far Chief has been great but I also bet small units ($20). Once I grow my roll enough it sounds like I'll have to consider other sitesComment -

#18Out of the free play roll overs they are the highest you can get from SBR.
I say no, save up your points and get cash with a better book and 4 x rollover verses their 7 or 8 x rollover they offer.Comment -

#26Call into customer service and ask for Phil (one of their account managers) and tell him you are thinking of opening up an account. If you can talk to Phil for 5 minutes without him raising his voice and getting angry with your questions, then I will personally fund your account.
Other than that, I think they try to do things the right way but do have alot of issues.Comment -

#28I don't agree on this point. With many books now, including BP, it's become popular to cut limits to peanuts without 86ing. This allows the book to claim the account is still active so they don't have to immediately pay up.Comment
