In February-March I have uploaded 8518 USD on Unibet.com
About 2 months I made bets and in March on my account I had 26108 USD.
Once I entered on my account and I saw the following:
Your account has been blocked, please contact customer service for more information.
I wrote a letter and recevied a "Big" answer

Unibet is obliged to carry out security checks on its customers. These security checks have to be done to guarantee the right level of security for both parties involved.
Following these security checks a final decision has been taken to keep your account permanently closed and we ask you to respond to this e-mail enclosing the following documents before any requested withdrawal can be processed.
Verify your identity
Provide a digital photograph or scanned colour copy of your government–issued ID card, driving license or passport that clearly displays:
o Document number (ID number, license number, passport number), your full name and date of birth
o No black/blurred portions (all details must be in focus)
o All four corners of the document (i.e. no cropping)
o Expiry date that has not passed
o Front and back of the ID card or license
Provide one digital photograph or scanned colour copy of a paper utility bill or paper bank/credit-card statement that clearly displays:
• Your name and address
• An issue date within the last 3 months
• All four corners of the bill/statement (i.e. no cropping)
Acceptable utility bill statements include landline phone, heating, water, electricity, and municipal government correspondence
Verify your bank account:
Take a picture with a digital camera or a scanned copy of a bank statement for a bank account that is registered in your name. A print screen from your Internet bank is also accepted.
• The bank statement/print screen should clearly state your full name and account details (bank account number).
• All four corners of the statement should be visible for us.
• You can cover all other transactions that are not related to Unibet.
Provide a printscreen of both your Moneybookers profile page showing your email address, name and surname and your deposit page showing your initial deposit made to unibet. You may cover all transactions not related to Unibet. A printscreen is attached to this e-mail showing which information needs to be visible to us.
Please keep in mind that the decision to keep this account closed is final and not open for discussion.
