can anyone recommend a good c/serv rep at matchbook? looking for one that works full time, professional, helpful and with a solid command of the english language.

I don't have one. Their help is pretty bad and a lot of times they don't understand what you're telling them. Luckily I've never had any big problems.

for account security, self imposed restrictions on my account that all transactions initiated by phone only. lot's of benefits to dealing with people one on one.

their service in 2008 in much better than now. E-mail & Livechat were kind of fast & helpful. now is a bit slower, but still ok

don't, just need a good one. also, have found in the past that if you need problem solved, 2 different people from the same book may give you 2 different answers.

Trinity, is the best for me. I had a gold-pay payout request file, and it wasn't process for a long time. She manually did it for me, while I was on chat.
