Matchbook Stupidity Hits A New High

I have been trying all day to transfer $1000 from 5-Dimes sister book, BetanySports, to MatchBook. Keep in mind that MB is actually receiving the funds. These idiots are actually holding up the incoming funds, because of their confusion/idiocy (emails should be read from bottom to top):

That's a pretty small error, that they appear to be resolving.

Pinnacle CS assured me last week that they didn't transfer with bookmaker. BetCris yes, bookmaker no.

Money is still not there after 10 hours and BAS says it was sent. Thought I could bet tonight's baseball by arranging this in the a.m. Books should know all the sister Books on their transfer list, IMO. Simply embarrassing, especially when they're on the receiving end.
