JustBet customer service needs training. I don't think i've been treated this rudely before. I use a bunch of books, i basically hop around as long as your a C book and can give me some type of bonus ill use it. Before when i was using them and LOSING they were all happy i'm sure as any sportsbook would be. They always offered me great bonuses. the last 2 times i actually won from them and made back to back withdrawals(not for the whole account either)
Now appparently i'm a "Professional Gambler" and "Bonuses are only for people who need them" Ya i'm a "professional" with "non-recreational play" but i still work at Costco Wholesale just for the fun of it. technically i think i broke even with them if you + and - all the deposits i made before i made withdrawls with them and thats with there 50% bonus help.
if they saw my other accounts the past 6months they wouldn't be saying that its just for some reason Justbet and Diamond have been my LUCKY sportsbooks where i've Won. I still use diamond since win or lose they've always been professional with me.
JustBet i'm sure is a ok book when i was losing they were GREAT and even when i withdrew they paid me and everything(it took awhile though 2-3 weeks) but, if you have a bad experience at Walmart are you going to go back or just go to Target or Kmart.

Most books seem to do a makeup figure on you if you are up money on them. No bonuses if you are not down money.

I too don't see anything wrong with that, makes sense to me.

This isn't a knock on JustBet. they paid me out, they graded my wagers correctly,there A good book. I was gonna deposit no matter what. But I always ask if i can get a bonus ( some books will give me something if I haven't played awhile) it was mainly just the way the 1 service rep was, like her tone and the we don't want your business attitude. Justbet as a overall book is good, but just not for me.

spoke to sharky this morning in regards to a withdrawal , he transfered me to costumer service and they were very nice and friendly to me , no problems at all , I was told I would have my western union # by tomorrow around lunch at latest , I'll update when I get the ** #...

update on my ** payout , again customer service very friendly and just received my control number , everything done within the time frame , can't complain about that , thank you sharky for all your help , I would recommend this book to anyone that is looking for a new outlet to play at...

Glad everything came out right Saints.
