New version works fine here.

A quick question, while it's about BetPhoenix.
I've asked for a payout, but the amount still shows as available balance.
Is this normal? (I know a payout can take up to 10 days.)

Works fine for me...I always use the old version though since it easier on the eyes, and seems to run smoother

It's been working fine all day for me. I use the old version, so I dont know if the new version would have given me problems. I just do not like the new version at all. The day they get rid of the old version is probably the day I stop using them.

Haven't taken a payout in a few months, but yes, I believe this is normal. Some books just leave the amount in your available balance until they actually begin processing the w/d while other remove it more quickly.

Been working fine for me.
