    After that I paid € 2727 again.

€ 60 was left in my account. Very generous!

I didn't do that! We know everything that happened!

The particularly perfidious thing is that bets have been selected that fit my betting scheme exactly so that I can easily say that it is just a bad loser."

OMG, lonnie55 i saw your post in 2018, u were one of the few supporting 18bet.
So now they are CONFIRMED SCAMMER?? how come they can appear in Mollybet...different kind of business?

Is it the best thing I can do is to pretend a mug and bet some undervalue markets?

No idea. I still have no issues with them. Payouts take a bit longer in Corona times, but that's about it.

What I do when I request a withdrawal is: I set stake limits for both sports and casino to €10 per week. Then a 7 day cooling off period is automatically activated by the system. I make screenshots of my IP history, then I request the withdrawal, reset my router to get a new IP, make screenshots of the IP log again and finally I wait until I receive my money. For the time the cooling off period is active, I use Sportempire.

@lonnie55 - You are really going extra mile with them. I have questions for you if you wouldn't mind - why bother with them at all?

    Edit:
I recalled, you have some funds with them and you can bet peanuts?

How are you going to get protected against a possible multiaccount accusation? European small claims court showed how toothless it is by judging against me. Not even this time I was given evidence regarding this claimed other account. This is because there is no such a thing and probably MGA has been given fake evidence if evidence at all. According to my experience MGA does well to protect criminal operators. What kind of court system lets companies close accounts without proving they are entitled to do it? Reading the publicly available judgment shows that the judiciator did almost nothing but approved the decision of MGA.

This is one of the most bizarre threads I have ever read. Brazen and clear theft from a company that still appears to this day with seemingly no repercussions.

Does anyone have anything smart to say about this:
On 09.07.2020 when I logged in to my account with BABIBET I saw that 5,547 eur had mysteriously disappeared from my account.I was even more astonished when I saw in my betting history that on the previous day 08.07.2020 ''someone'' played on my account and on several occasions lost my 5.547 eur on live betting.I called them right away on the live chat and when asked what happened to my money I got the answer:

Mariana L.: Should you have any concern that access to your account has been compromised, we would like to suggest that you change your login credentials with immediate effect and to use a more robust password to prevent any breach occurring in the future.

I said that: I was not logged in my account on 08.07.2020 and I did not made that bets.So I call you who and from wich IP address logged in my account and done that?
    Their answer:
Mariana L.: I've already answered this question. Please don't insist on further.

Mariana L.: Thanks for contacting us.
    *** Mariana L. left the chat ***

I also sent my question ti BABIBET customer support via e-mail but I haven't received an answer to date?
The most tragic thing is that on that day, July 8, 2020, I was not even logged in at this bookmaker, let alone to spend my 5,547 money on live betting on several occasions in a short time with bets of 600 - 1,300 eur on over / under. I have never bet live and I never invest more than 100 euros. And what a logic for someone Mr.X to get into my account and to play there and spend my money (of course in favor of BABIBET).
I am sure that they did it themselves in order to easily pick up my money and now they are pretending to be dumb. I will prove that it is so. And the most interesting thing is that on another forum I met a certain Dmytro Murakhver from Austria who was on June 24 , 2020 in the same way robbed for 4,350 euros from BABIBET
    .
I wonder what is the logic of the existence of online betting when such criminal things happen.

Please comment and give some good ideas on how to suppress BABIBET criminals and how to get our money back ???

Unfortunately, he emailed me a couple of months ago to advise the court accepted the evidence the book offered showing his IP connected to each of the bets.

His lawyer and he, and I, were surprised and very disappointed at that result.

After seeing dozens of the same betting logs used by them as proof it was glaringly obvious how fake they all were.

Hard to know if corrupt or if the evidence was not able to be countered well enough by his lawyer.

Everyone on his side was very surprised by that result though.

Hi lonnie55 - I just new on the forum. How you finished with your case? Did they satisfy you at least partially?

How is possible, they still use a same narative - adding a fake bets and court still believes them.
I am thinking, if i will go to my net provider, thay will generate my all data history showing that these bets wasnt placed from my laptop, correct?

PM me your email address if you would like me to pass it on to the person who sued?

He may be able to offer advice that might be helpful if planning court action.

I don't think an ISP would (be able to) provide a full browsing history, but maybe they track something like data used per hour.

So in case the fake bets were placed during the night, for example, no traffic at that time could potentially proof that it's not possible that you submitted those bets from your IP.

no no, fake bets were placed last saturday between 5:15-5:30 pm when I was actively logged in. I saw how a bets I generated into my history. some of the bets have a same time when they been approved, which in real is impossible as each bet is reviewed at least 30-45sec. before is approved by system, so you cat really can have two bets placed in sema time, especially when ěnd bets for example 7bet combo. But that happened with my fake bets.

How your case finished ? Have you hired a lawyer and went to court? Or you leave it?
