be careful with 5Dimes, I just filed a complaint with them. They are very good at first when you deposit money and then wager but once you want payout, things might get hairy. I signed up with them 3 months ago and made 1000 (deposited 150) today sent them my cc and ID copies so that I could request a payout, I called them and they said they received my docs and would process my payout. However, tonight I logged in to my account and I saw 850$ there, I checked the transactions and saw "refund ..." meaning they refunded 150 to my cc (which I had deposited to 5 dimes in the first place). When I talked to one of the reps online this is what I've got

Diana: Hello. How may I assist you today?
sercan: hi my account number 5Dxxxxxxx and password is xxxxxxxxxx
sercan: I talked to you earlier about the documents that I sent to your credit card department (my ID and CC copies)

Oh man, I hope I do not have any Problems, that kind of sucks. I do know some books will credit back your card for the depo and send the rest by another method so that is not strange. They were for sure out of line just to assume your ID was fake or fixed when it was not clear. You should have just sent them another copy of it. Good Luck, I hope your issue gets resolved fast. Yeah no doubt that casino is real fun, just to even blow off some steam or have some fun. I really do like the sports book wagering options, I know some say its to many, but I like having the choices.

i just made the switch over to 5dimes from betus, i had made a deposit with betus about a year ago when i didnt know better but they still give me free plays randomly. Love 5dimes so far and like what the poster above said, they have MANY options, not that i really bet props or anything like that but its cool to see just in case, BOL!

I am not trying to talk crap about 5dimes here, their customer service had been great until yesterday, I sent them my real ID and credit card, then called them to make sure they received my documents, they said they did. things are fine until this point but then at night I logged into my account where I was supposed to have 1000$ (I left 1000$ because I wanted to get a check through fedex) and then first they told me I had to have "1001$" to request a check (although their website states "Fees associated with FedEx/UPS/DHL and money orderDeposits via FedEx-UPS-DHL are always free of charge and are processed within 24 hours upon receipt.
WithdrawalThe minimum withdrawal amount that can be sent via certified check is $1000. Amounts from $1000 to $3000 are sent via certified check FedEx with a $40 fee

Anyway, the more important thing is that when I logged into my account, I had 850$ weird. I checked the transactions and they claim that they refunded my 150$ (which I had deposited in the first place when I opened an account) back to my credit cards saying that my ID was fake. If my ID is fake (which is not) why the hell would you first refund me my money, second let me continue to bet with the remaining balance? The answer is "please bet and lose all that money you have in your account". I will call them today again and try to resolve this. I will keep you posted. Again, I am not trying to talk bs about 5dimes, this is just what happened yesterday and will keep you posted.

5dimes is a fukkin cunt piece of shit. Sure everything is great when you sign up, but once they catch on to you (if you're a winner) they start limiting your wager amount, then they start removing certain games from board because they are scared you will bury them, and the story goes on.

Just a piece of shit IMO.

Need to GTFO out of the US ASAP so can join up with bet365 or 188bet, anything but 5dimes please.

5dimes is A+... any body that has problems with them is because they are the ones that caused it.

I rolled 1000 dollars into about 40K last year and they sent me the max 4500 check every 3 days no problem... class act, and always got it the check within 2-3 business days. So I really have trouble believing they are out to get this guy over 850 dollars...

RichardGeorge, Well, I am having hard time to believe that you are not promoting 5dimes here given that you signed up to respond to me. Read my posts and then judge me. I update my case when information get available and you can see the chat transcript as a proof. I state a few times in my previous posts that 5Dimes has been great until I requested a payout and claimed that my ID was fake which is not. They refunded me my initial deposit with no notification. I will request a payout next Monday and see how long it takes to receive it. Oh by the way, congrats on rolling 1000 to 40K you must be a hell of a capper, let us see your picks so that I can roll my 1000 to 40K and withdraw it with no problems

I was going to comment that they're a good book. Whenever we've requested they've been lightning fast. For sports they're the best....but if it's not too late....stay out of the casino, especially blackjack. The wife has lost thousands playing and still hasn't learned her lesson. I'm sure we've financed a wing or three at their offices.

Good book... but my advice is stay out of the casino.

Hey Richb, I requested it throgh **, they extended me an option to use bankwire but they said it would take 5 business days so I preferred ** and I am not sure about the limits, I play small so I asked for 1000 and it was in my hand in less than 48 hours.

I'm pretty sure that if they say that your ID is fake.... its because it is.

Why would they give u such a hard time over a little amount when they have no problem paying 3k plus to others... It just doesnt make sense why an A+ book would do this.
