I have waited 10 days for a response to the complaint form I filled out??

I submitted a detailed complaint form 10 days ago regarding BetEd a B- rated book. How long should I expect to wait to get a response from SBR??

i remember i filled out a complaint form about 3 months ago and i got a response within 2 days, BUT it was sent to my junk mail in my hotmail account. i saw it for a second as i pressed delete all by accident. and that was the last i saw of it, u can't get back deleted junk mail from the 'deleted' folder.

so maybe check ur junk mail
