Same here....I have done two transactions online...both for $300. Was this your first attempt? I wonder if they start to get suspicious after a few transactions....

This was your 1st attempt and they do that to verify all
your info.You gave a answer that seemed suspicious and that couple with the money being sent to a drug country you were screwed.

i tried it once years ago online,i had to call them and they asked a million questions,they refused the transaction and i got a letter a few days later from moneygram banning me for life

i've had problems even sending from a store. i had to call and verify how i knew the receiver. They wanted to know what country the receiver was born in and their birthday. Luckily the service has all that info.

Not my first attempt..amt was relatively small ($500). Got message to call, asked me why I was sending, told them it is a artist friend who I sold a sculpture for in the US. All kinds of questions..finally seemed ok and placed on hold, replied back that security would not allow transfers to this person due to "suspicious activity" in the receivers country.

** Online is a joke..guess too many losers pulling chargebacks has them profiling anyone without a name that matches the reason sending cash there.
