I can certainly believe Cascade got its ass handed to it, but that doesn't explain the lack of partial payments. I would not shed a tear if Lenny were apprehended by the appropriate authorities.

Our door is open for Lenny to start a very reasonable plan that we talked about but he hasn't pursued the next step. Nothing has changed and we will still pursue all options as this slow process comes together.

Bill: Why would Lenny want to start a payment plan? The only reason to start a payment plan would be if doing so would allow Cascade to remain an upstanding citizen in the sportsbook community, something which obviously is no longer feasible. I simply cannot comprehend what's in it for him. Lenny has an permanent black mark, a partial payment plan really does nothing for him. I really don't understand how you hope to achieve anything resembling results.
