Hi all,

I need help to recover my 420 euros deposit on www.halkbet.com. Whoever runs Halkbet has no right to lock my account, prevent me from accessing my deposit and not respond to my emails. This is fraud!!! How many other people has this happened to???

A few days earlier I sent all my verification documents and received no updates that my account had been approved etc.

Halkbet.com is scam. They locked my account as well (550 Euro). They did not respont to my letters only in letter from curacao was given the reason - value bets.

No they haven't. I was talking to a member of the Halkbet bonus team because he was offering me 50-100% deposit bonuses. Our communication was almost instant. I did lose 2800 EURs total whilst betting with these deposit bonuses (I was betting on favourites above 1.85 odds) so there's a strange irony in that Halkbet made big money from me in the last few days rather than the opposite (i.e. I wasn't winning and my account was locked!!)

I am worried about this because I was talking to a member of the Halkbet bonus team non-stop (I was asking questions about the terms and conditions etc) and he was very helpful and timely with his replies. To talk to someone constantly then the communication stops abruptly made me very concerned.

True but I noticed some links weren't working on their website and their "live chat" didn't work when I clicked this link. This made me lose confidence in their system as a whole.

And if they don't want your business they should refund that deposit.

How do I achieve this when they've locked my account and ignoring my emails? The gambling watchdog should contact Halkbet to stop this behavior and to stop ripping-off punters. They're are doing this because they're getting away with it.

I had similar problem. They sent me email 100% deposit bonus up to 5,000 euro with only 1 turnover.

The answers are: None, no one and nothing.

You are depositing money into an account with a company that has to comply with 0 laws or regulations. Essentially you have sent money to a nigerian prince.

In the future - if a book is not reputable, and is not affiliated or vouched for by a company like SBR, Covers or OddsPortal - I would steer clear of them. Don't just assume your money is safe with these companies, because 9/10 it is not.

These operators are called 'offshore bookmakers' because they are offshore - they are in far and away places where there are no rules or laws to regulate what happens to your money.

Unless a reputable platform like this one has vouched for the bookmaker you are dealing with - I would steer clear of them.

Nor do they provide any office address or company name that I can see.

Bonus offers are a huge red flag.
