the greek, problem with sending docs

Hello, i have problem with sending documents to TheGreek bookmaker. I am working already second day, and already tired to wait for responses hour after hour and nothing new.
I asked withdrawal from , them. They asked copies of documents. I sent them, but they do not get them. I sent then after that 2 times. they do not reach them. The thing is that- simple emails reach them, but with atached files do not. I thought that my mail was bad, but i tried to send file to my friend it works.
So while i wait for another response, wrote this mesaage. Maybe someone of you had such problem, or know how to solve it, or have any other help and sugestions.

Send the files in PDF, I had a similar problem, if that doesnt work you have to fax them.

you'd better scan them into your Jpg then E-mail them.

Go to a local FedEx and use their fax machine.

the problem with a fax is that they can say the fax is unclear if and when you request a withdrawl. best to ask them what format they want the file in and list the name of the file in body of the email when you send it.
