    Bet2U verification problems
    Hello.
    I made few deposits on this joke site back in July , totalling about 700e. Placed all money on few bets and won about 10k.
    They void all my bets saying that all matches played were fixed lol ( Sure I can fix 6 games in same league playing in same time
    )







    Dear Customer,

    Thank you for contacting us.
    The bets had been voided on grounds of " fixed matches ".

    After that I was unable to request withdrawal even if my account was already verified. I was getting some error message.
    Later they finally answered on my mail with next message:
    Dear Customer,

    Our security has placed your account on hold and they need an additional verification of your account.

    As part of our security procedures, we need to validate your registration information. In order to do that we do need you to supply us with the following notarized documents:

    A notarized copy of your ID, Passport or Driver's License with apostille
    A notarized copy of a recent utility bill or statement showing your name and address with apostille

    Note: Your documents can be certified by a Public Notary who will date, sign and stamp the document to verify its authenticity. Each individual document should be certified.

    Please send the requested documents to support@bet2u.com.

    I sent them requested documents on
    Sep 11 and all they say after that is that verification can take up to 20 days ( I am waiting 30+ days)

    Stay away from this scammers!

    So seems that I am not only, who has problems with bet2u.
    You can read my problems on my thread.

    In my case they also wanted "new" verification after canceling bet.
    It took quite a lot time (I had also 700€ after my canceled bet on account).
    I sent them documents, after that they wanted to make livechat on phone their partner for verification (idnow.de) and after that I made livechat also with their employee in skype.
    After month+ they verified my account and I got paid that 700€, but still waiting for scammed 1.5k€+.

              Big time SCAMMERS, they close accounts, cancel bets, confiscate funds, they just don't care as long as they got your money.
              No chance you will get your money, they took from me 800e, I guess 10k is out of question as I read here so many complaints.
              STAY AWAY from these scammers!! Do not bait their 'bonuses' and promotions, all they want is to steal your money!

                      I can finally consider this case as solved !
                      Yesterday I finally got my deposit back !
                      My advice guys is to just keep forcing them xxx times a day until you get money..

                        My problem was solved yesterday too. I recieved all money. Got answer from complaints@bet2u.com

                          Hello, many years (3)after registration I didn't played, but one month ago I received a bonuss and make a deposit with my paying card. I make 7 bets- when my winning was 1202 eur I wanted to make a part of my winning withdraw, but system doesnt allow. I wrote a letter why? They answered me to send passport and utillity bill (29.12.2018.) After some days I received email that will bemy account monitoring (_20 days). After that I received email that they need skype interview with me. 21.01.2019. I answered to all questions and women tell me that everything is ok and my account will be verificied. But today I get email- that the monitoring that had been placed on my account has ended and a breach of point 23.6 of terms and conditions has been detected- as a result my account has been closed.
                          (23.6 Users are forbidden from allowing third parties to access and use their account. Should it be found that a user has breached this rule, the User's account shall be permanently closed and a cancellation of all of their bets shall take place.)
                          All this point -is bullshit, because nobody except me use my account- Im honestly played. Please help me to get my winning 1202 eur from these Cheater office.

                            I Request you all if you need money back wrote complaint to Skrill along with your transacrions details record video and share this forum link with them It will surely help to get our money back from them I have also stuck 4141$ which is my original deposit I didn’t won anything and they hold my funds

                              This site, BetTilt and DafaBet are being promoted like crazy in Thailand.

                              I have seen DafaBet being used and promoted for ages and I have never had a problem with them.

                              The other 2 on the other hand seem to be being pushed heavily, I’m guessing it’s because of they must have attractive affiliate terms.

                              There seems to be red flags everywhere, so best to avoid them.

                              Registered in Curacao, so I bet it’s next to impossible to get your money back if they want to take it.

                              That’s from what I have read and heard though.

                              We only hear about it when they don’t pay out, has anyone had a winning account and be paid out without hassle by these firms?

                              I have losing accounts and am not about to deposit again to see what happens.
