    Scammed by Bet2u.com - 1590.75€ !

    Hello,
I want warn sportbettors for site named Bet2u.com.
They have scammed me for 1590.75€.

    How they scammed me?
Here is link of the bet: https://imgur.com/cvWMUdO
Story goes back to 09.07.2018, time when bet was placed.
Game was football Europea League qualifer. Game took place 12.07.2018, so this is early bet - 72+ hours before match.

At that time there was ~50 bookies already opened this match with similar odds.
Here is link of odds movements on 1x2 odds: https://1x2.7m.hk/list_en.shtml?id=3750915

So after match, bet was won and my winnings were in account, but hour later money was gone and bet was stated as canceled. Reason they give me:

    Dear Customer,

You have received a reply from complaints@bet2u.com on the 17th of July as the odd of the particular outcome should have been 2.1 instead of 3.25 and the bet was returned according to the point 7.1 of our terms and conditions.

    Best Regards,
    Bet2U Support.

They tell me "error on odds" and and canceled it. As every sportbettor knows that odds move almost in every match, no different was this particular match. On 9th July, when bet was made all bookies had this same bet odds around 2.9-3.3, same was in 10-11th July. On gameday odds started to move and on one point they were 1.9 and closed on around 2.1. So they tell me "real odds" was 2.1 as it was closing odds.

They think they can cancel any bet, where odds move on costumer favor. This is what happened with me. I have provided them all evidence about odds movement, tried to talk them 2+ months already, but nothing happened.

I made similar bet, -1,25 asian handicap also on Betcruise.com site, no problems with this site, they paid without problems.

Also I have contacted with SBR in this case for help. They tried to help me, but we end up on same thing. Bet2u just tells that error on odds and its final decision from their side.

I have also contacted with bet2u licence issuer, where I got just 1 answer so far:

    LS:

We advise you to contact the operator if you like to receive more details. The decision was taken in concert with Betconstruct security team.

    Sincerely

    Antillephone N.V.
    Compliance & Licensing Department
    Dispute Resolution 8048/JAZ

They seem not care too much about this case and refer to betconstruct. I have also tried to contact them in their business chat, but they dont give me any details, where to go with this issue.

Conclusion: STAY AWAY FROM BET2U. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

    No updates on my case.
Bet2u ignoring my e-mails, dont answer anymore. Livechat tells answer comes "as soon as possible".
Atm also waiting for answer from their licence issuer for 2+ weeks already.

    Nemsik, welcome to SBR.

Have you already try to submit a complaint? https://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/

Betconstruct must have a new person running their security as a couple of people have recently complained about them acting like this. Claiming that the closing odds are "correct" even for people who bet days before the event.

It's hard to tell if Betconstruct just employs some incompetent people, or if the company just has no ethics.

Even book owners who use them complain about their "foolish" security people sometimes.

Yes, I have submit complaint months ago already. Brad from SBR also tried to help me in this case, but without great success. Still I am thankful for his help and I see he has done as much as he possible can at the moment.

This is really bad news yes. Exactly what happened in my case. There is no way to reach out for Betconstruct for me also. Tried to contact them on business chat multible times, but they dont give me any contact details, only promises that they forward my request and I will be contacted (which never happened).

In this case I have to give credit to Betcruise (betconstruct bookie aswell), where as I wrote, I made similar bets on same match, but they didn't cancel it. I still had trouble with cashouts from Betcruise, but after 2 months they still payd me 3k€+.

Any suggestions how to get betconstruct contacts?

I don't Nemsik. We used to have a great contact who was helpful but she has moved on and I have been stone walled trying to get anyone responsible to respond as well now.

    Keeping this thread alive.
Bet2u has stopped replying me - waiting over a month already now. Livechat keeps telling they have forwarded my e-mails to relavant department like always.

No success of contacting betconstruct either. Tried to contact Baltic regional director Elton Chaus in Skype. He replied me only that contact bet2u and after that he deleted me. Betconstruct look more and more shaddy.

    This case is dead basically.
Bet2u haven't answered any of my e-mails, just ignore. Also couldn't get help from SBR also in this case.
This is just an another example on Betconstruct bookies scams - to warn potential costumers bookies like that.

SBR seems to be aware of what is going on with bet2u but they don't take any action like blacklist them. Also got no answer from SBR on complaint about bet2u scam...STRANGE!!

Funny to see that Skrill is now operating with bet2u. Wanted to check if they are legit but it doesn't seem so. Skrill doesn't seem to care though...

TRUE, Skrill is advertising scam sites without reserves, they just don't care as long as scammers pay the right fee. Another 'great' company in the betting industry, a very trusted partner of Betconstruct :/ Ridiculous!! STAY AWAY!!

That sucks, I have the same situation, which you can see here:
    https://www.sportsbookreview.com/for...nds-again.html

Bet2u stopped replying to emails and I have heard nothing from SBR too.
I sent follow up emails to both, but still nothing.

Anything else that we can do?

Do you think making a complaint their curacao-egaming licence would help?

Basically 0% chance. You can read from "dobrobet" thread how they operate with complaints (nice example here) - https://www.sportsbookreview.com/for...brobet-p3.html

In this case he was even lucky enought to get answer from them, normally they ignore e-mails.

Yes, I agree, Curacao authorities are practically accomplice in these scams, the worst gambling 'authority' in the world!

Why bet2u not on blacklist ???

My situation is exactly the same - got ad e-mail from NETELLER advertising Bet2U saying "Neteller teamed up with them ", deposited 1400 in total, have on account 3800 but cannot withdraw a penny!

They sent me "your account on monitoring", then probably the rest will follow. Neteller does not respond to open tickets either, probably they are a part of deliberate scam!!

Why is Bet2U still not on official scam list?

I get that paysafe is promoting them, but they are just a payment provider.
    How can they help?
The most that I can see them doing is just to stop promoting them, they probably just have an affiliate deal with them?
    Or have I completely misunderstood.

But yeah, I am with you with the whole Bet2U unjustifiably taking customer funds.
