The problems for BOL began when they fired most of their long-time employees, as I understand it. They fired a bunch of guys that handled their deposits/payouts.

I was looking over my notes of Bet Online withdrawals, last year, and I received all in 5 business days except one of them. It took nearly 20 business days to receive, however it does show I called, requested, and received a tracking number for that last one. Not sure if all of you that are experiencing delays have asked for a tracking number yet. One last thing, these requests happened before the start of the NBA season, in July and August of 2009. That is a while ago and things do tend to change rapidly in this business...

Alright, my UPS tracking number says in transit, so I guess they mailed it. I will update when I receive it. Important thing is that they pay, but it looks like I will get it by the 14th business day.

i shouldn't have to call. customer service people. i have never called a book to ask where my money was. never was an issue.

Shockingly Tomato's check arrived today about an hour ago. And within the initial 10 business days!

Never got anything about a tracking number, but whatever.

Tomato is sorry that you had to wait so long for your funds.

Just got my check today...14 business days. Within their adjusted 15 business days. Important thing is that it I got paid. So take what you will from this experience. Customer service was friendly, but just a little slow on the payout.
