They can be very frustrating to deal with. Even simple things like this they seem to treat you like you are just a trouble maker asking them for help.

I never had any problem with them, I could deposit and withdraw to my Neteller account without issues. In february, I won two big bets in a row, Real Madrid and Leipzig, I compounded my winnings from 350 to 4106 dlls. I could not withdraw and they blocked my account. They asked me to send documents to the Ukraine. I did, but I have no way to tell if those documents arrived. I made a complaint on SBR on March 1st, but no one has tell me anything. Is this normal?
I am from Mexico and 4106 is a lot of money to me.
