Tracking spreadsheets

I'm sure this gets asked from time to time.

I'm using a number of services for the sports we don't cap ourselves. I want to accurately track their performances myself to see if I'm getting my money's worth.

I just need something I can download on Excel 2007 or Google docs that has all the formulas I can't figure out already included. Then I can just make copies of each one for each pro I use.
