Has anyone here ever talked to someone on this thing? I'd say it's a 50/50 proposition at best. I love that internet sportsbooks now offer live chat, but BetJamaica is behind the line here. When they do answer, they are extremely slow.

Most of the time, they just flat out don't answer. If this was a one-time thing I wouldn't say anything, but it happens all the time. Does anyone else have this problem?

Totally agree, tried to talk to someone today and sat there 5 min waiting, finally just called them. So far, cant complain about anything else though. That is a good thing though, when the live chat is the only thing bad about them.

They might as well just get rid of it because each time you ask them a question over live chat they just tell you that you need to call them. I asked a question about how i forgot my account info and they said i had to call them, i told them i wanted to make a deposit and once again told me i had to call them lol

I have been using them a long time and like them, especially for MLB and their payouts,but you must remember they are in Jamaica and with all that good Weed and Hash, many of the clerks come in high and probably smoke a blunt on there breaks also, this makes them wanna chill out,include the extreme heat and no air conditioning in the office,so now you got a clerk who is happy to talk on the phone with a customer but does not want to start wacking away on a Keyboard,to much physical effort and concentration needed, kinda ruins the buzz.

That being said, their live support is indeed not as reliable as their phone and e-mail support.

Is BetJam not affiliated with The Greek? Why not just incorporate that Poker Room into their website?

And the reason I expected the chat to be decent is because virtually every reliable offshore book(and most unreliable ones!) do an excellent job of providing the chat service.

betjamaica's live chat is newer than matchbook's love chat i guess. they are both OK, but in my point, mathcbook's live chat is little better.

I prefer Matchbook's live chat over BJ. I usually find emailing them works better for me.

They are very slow, but usually always get someone. If it's that important, I just call, and always get someone. Still a great book reguardless.

send an email , they reply within 30 minutes, and the letters are well written , if you are having problems understanding accents, i have found betjam to have great service,
