do online bookmakers have a universal computation for their bet accumulator/combination/parlay type of bet??

definitely not if you're talking payout...different books give different payouts on parlays/combinations...for example, on a standard -110 bet, bodog pays out 35/1 on a 6-team parlay and 5dimes pays out 47.71/1 on a 6-team parlay...
as far as the actual odds of winning this particular parlay, it's 65/1, which is makes betting on parlays not worth it...in the long run, you'll lose $65 to win either $35 or $47.71 depending on the book you used...even vegas is about 40/1 on a 6-team parlay...
they look good because you can bet a couple bucks to win literally thousands but the odds are so much in favor of the book, it's not worth it
