I tried to be as accurate as i could, translating from portuguese. Soon after this chat the bet was settled with the right score. LOL!

I'd be careful being rude to a CS agent, if they're in a bad mood they may be able to limit your account to pennies.

Whenever I talk to CS or send an Email about a wrongly settled or unsettled wager I always include a link to the official competition website since it prevents arguments about what the result actually was - simply providing that link here would've solved this problem instantly.

No bookie will grade a result by taking it off another bookmaker's site (this is what you asked them to do) and nor should they. OK their grading service was rubbish but you didn't help the situation.

And guess what, just when you least expect the telephone rings and someone on the other side from Bet365 said there were some problems with some accounts, and that my bonus was credited onto my account.

All things back to normal.
