Play there every day and, like alot of places, sometimes you get some clueless folks, but they are a must out for me and have kept their word with me all along the way. Think i have played there over a year now.

I have yet to have any problems with BP , there's a thread close to yours here that a guy is complaining about the freeplay rollover , in reality , I'm not sure if he even understands how the rollover works , so some of the complaints we see , really shouldn't be something to complain about as long as you understand the rules...

I was actually introduced to BetPhoenix through a freeplay with a maximum cashout of $250. I won, and was paid instantly. Have been depositing with them ever since and have had 0 problems.

havn't had any problems there, i think i was one of the early depositers as i was given a good bonus and the -105 lines. i have gotten a few free payouts by calling on fridays, checks arrive within 10 business days.

If you are a current or past player there,they are offering an incredible deal there right now if you reup.I waited them out on their first offer and it kept getting better.$250 deposit,$250 cash with a 10x roll.Be hard pressed to find an offer like that from a book that pays.

I've been with Bookmaker, 5Dimes, Bodog, Greek, and WSEX. Betphoenix Customer Service is #1. The only gripe about this book is the sometimes excessive juice and the late posting of their tennis lines.

I have NEVER had any issues with BETPHOENIX them and with them giving away free money for the NCAA Tournament they made up for things.

There are way better books to use. I just don't see the point in going with these guys. There are books out there like betjam and 5dimes that really are so solid that there's no point in going anyplace else.

From reading other posts It seems they are still paying out quickly as long as it is not via Moneybookers.
I have been waiting almost 2 weeks now for my withdrawal although I was quoted 7-10 working days so it is still just within their timescale.
I suspect they may be using this to try to discourage European customers like me.

I have used them before quick payout but did not like the fact that they treat ******** which is a prepaid card like any other credit card. So 1 negative and 1 positive in my experiences and the positive greatly trumps the negative

Aside from them limiting me (despite me losing there), I have never had a problem with any of BetPhoenix family books.
