how easier is it to clear poker bonuses?

haven't played much online except for a few times at absolute poker.
I see many sites have 100% or more sign up bonuses. How hard is it to clear?
I've done many sportsbook signups and reloads but never poker. Is it hard to clear them, how much do you have to play before you can cash out?
Anyone done this sucessfully?

I find it hard but others probably find it easy if they deposit more cash and go to the higher tables.

Cleared $100 bonus at Full Tilt recently 10k hands at 25NL. Rush Poker good for clearing if you can't play more than 1 table.

Every site is different. There is some good info at bonuswhores. Be sure to sign up for rake back. Cake poker lets you get rake back and try to clear your bonus at the same time.
