So, I have been depositing a lot to BetPhoenix lately via *********** because I was under the assumption that there would not be a 10-day hold prior to withdrawals since I wasn't depositing directly on their website via a credit/debit card. I just learned that is not the case....there is still a 10-day hold with this method. WTF? Something on their website should state this clearly.

They are using your money. Add it up. a 10 day hold on deposits, plus 10-20 days on payouts. That adds up to nearly a month that they are using your money for whatever purposes they wish to. That spells R-I-P-O-F-F to me.

I got a payout from ** from Phoenix 10 day hold what gets me is half of the company tells you 10 days the other half tells you after the tourney ends.Phoenix needs to retrain everyone.
