if you send more than 300 through western union there are no fees, less than 300 they charge a 10 fee,, most books like greek and betjam cover all transfer fees on deposits, i think matchbook gives you credits to cover your fees, i am new to matchbook so not sure on there policies

for reliability, all i can say is i have been using them since last september and there site was down only one day as far as i know, it is about as safe as you can get, keep in mind the biggest banks in the world have come close to failing, so nothing is guarnteed,
it's not much of a risk

Full amount is transfer, but ******* log shows a 2% fee. So a $2500 transaction would cost $50 dollars. So $2450 remains.
