They have very high bonuses but I never take it. New players is 100%. It's a 10x rollover or more. So if you deposit 300$ plus 300 free play. You have meet a 6k rollover. Just not worth it to me.

I have deposited with betus many times and they always give me 100% freeplay and a first bet "wager back" for up to $500. That means that if I lose my first bet they credit it back to me in fp. The RO is 10x like Mush said. Never had a problem with betus.
Also, if you are a gold member or higher you get some free payouts.

Do yourself a favor and look into bitcoins. And get a bitpay debit card.

That's a good point. Betus' one downfall is that they don't accept btc. It seems like a no brainer for sportsbooks these days. btc is a very valuable tool for sportsbooks.

Also any fee that is taken from the debit card Betus puts in as a free play. Not bad at all.

btc really is easy to use. I use it for every site I wager with other than betus and I wish I could use it there. If you wager online often I would highly suggest using it. If you have questions I would be happy to help but there is an entire SBR thread explaining it too.

This book is a SCAM book, screwed me out of a 600 payout years ago, would never deposit with these crooks again

I never have difficulty with betus payouts. Always on the gift card within 24 hours of request. You can use the card anywhere ********** is accepted, which is just about anywhere. And once the money hits your card, you can cash out up to $1000 per day at the ATM, but they tax it $11, or 1.1%. You get 1 free payout per month, and every payout after that costs 2%. So, yes the fees are kind of steep if you want to take your payout in cash (3.1%), but I've been impressed with the customer service and I'd rather pay a little more in fees to have my money ASAP as opposed to waiting 3-4 weeks on a foreign check that my bank is going to place a hold on.

Bonuses are pretty good, 100% new deposit bonus or if you haven't bet on there in a long time, they will offer you 50% or 100% to come back. Rollovers are kind of steep; just make sure you know that going in. You can't cash out until you meet your rollover. I generally don't take a bonus and if I lose my deposit, you can request the freeplay for up to 48 hours after your deposit. I've lost my initial deposit and turned a $150 freeplay into several thousand before, so it's not a bad strategy if you want to avoid being restricted by the rollover requirements initially.

It's a shady AF book and they're relatively quick to limit you, but I've been paid out by BetUs like 6 times (using the ridiculous gift card they mail their customers) over the past 5 years.

Betus is refusing to pay me

Any advice out there on how to get betus to pay up?

I tried to get a payout and they made me call in. I called 3 times and received literally zero assistance and was fed a bunch of bs and run around senseless info.

Then I received an email asking me to call in again for more info.

Any suggestions?

Am I just screwed out of my money?
