Here's the thing, guys. You can log-in to BOTH 4pcv.com AND BetPhoenix.com using the SAME username. So there is a connection.

Isn't BetPhoenix a B+ on here? Why if they have a connection to scam artists like Mike Spencer?

Why are you using a pph? I know 5dimes mention this before. They offer pph service, but they are no way responsible for dues and stiffs. I assume bp does the same thing. Anyone that wants to use their lines, and CS for pph and pay them a fee is welcome to start. But they wont be responsible for either party not paying.

Well it's another LIE. He sent me an e-mail, begging me(probably after BetPhoenix made him) to deny my affiliation with him and BetPhoenix. He said he would pay me my money, and just to leave it off SBR. Then he tried to get two random guys who apparently owed him to pay me through Paypal!

This is the kind of stuff BetPhoenix supports.

I actually think SBR is spot on with their A books--TheGreek, Bookmaker, etc...all damn good books.

But I agree, after that it seems to be up for grabs. BetPhoenix is a joke. No legit book participates in shady antics like this.

Unprofessional to allow user IDs to log into other sites that are suppose to not be affiliated. This would take a peon tech person 5minutes to develop a program to disallow this & force people to only log into their own sites

I dont know if BetPhoenix is good or not, but this shows laziness on their part.

Just an affiliate that did not pay. But for some reason, you can log-in to BetPhoenix.com under that same affiliate name and it will say you have a balance with them, too. They say they aren't affiliated, but you can log-in all sites. Only sportsbooks that DESPERATELY need extra revenue would take part in a program like this. It must be nice. Get paid for the software and make money, but not have to screen the people behind it, or be responsible when deadbeats don't pay.

I hear betphoenix is involved but I will not confirm or say that in this post but it seems that this is all happening at the same time. He cannot pay up about the same time bp is in trouble. Pull your funds and move somewhere solid, use caution cause he will setup soon somewhere else.

BP denies knowing this guy and he seemed rather cool up until payout time and then he became threatening and
avoided the clients. So I would start clearing out my accounts ASAP IF this is the case people!
You all have been warned and I am sure he will try and threaten me or harrass me now that I exposed it but he had time to make things right and chose not to over such a small amount.

Keep in mind Mike Spencer is an alias. I know his real name but I will keep that under my hat in case he tries to make things right in the near future.

This scumbag kept me going for several weeks, saying he has been in business for 15 years, and that he would pay me the $500 very soon.

Then I get two e-mails from two guys who apparently owe him. He wanted them to send me money through Paypal! What a scumbag. They never did, so I of course haven't heard from him since.

BETPHOENIX sponsors him! They knew he came from APEX and they still took him on. BETPHOENIX is supposed to be a good book.
