Probably Pinnacle for rest of the world, but Matchbook and 5dimes for US customers.

Parlaymakers will have Pinnacle's lines for MLB this year. Max bet is $250. Plus if you are using gold-pay, which is what you will need to use Parlaymakers, you can move money between Matchbook, 5Dimes and wager at Parlaymakers all with gold-pay. That might help keep things a little simpler money management wise.

But beware - 5dimes has ridiculous rollover requirements for Gold Pay deposits.

Matchbook, Pinnacle, SportsInteraction, WSEX have the 4 most "beatable lines" IMO.
