    Heroescasino merger
Is there anyone who knows something about the situation of Heroes?
I received an email from them on 16 March where they told me that they were doing all they can to have this merger resolved. Now I see that their mailbox is disabled and the website has been down in the last 4 days. Maybe they're launching the new site?

I haven't heard anything to suggest there will be a merger. They are no-paying quite a few players now.

I've just sent an email to Curacao eGaming in order to have some info. If someone is going to do the same, this is the link

It would suffice that they send an email to inform about the situation. Damn!!!

According to this, Cyberluck pulled Heroes Casino's license:

Really sorry to read this. Cyberluck pulled their license last year, and reinstated it after a few days.

The UK-registered business that I believe still owns them - Island Runners - is not yet listed as dissolved with Companies House, and I can't find any evidence of a petition for dissolution.

For what it's worth, in today's London Gazette, Island Runners gave notice of changing its registered office: http://www.london-gazette.co.uk/issu...upplements/899 (filing document E1, the key for the various document codes being here: http://www.london-gazette.co.uk/issu.../supplements/1).

I hope everyone gets their money.

                    Any updates?

Their site has been down now for days.

We were initially in contact with the individual who was to become partner/owner but no communicaiton as of late. There can't be any value left in the brand especially if licensing is gone. We are making calls for something conclusive.

                        Bill,
Thanks for the response. Sean was very good about communicating with me recently, but then the site just went down and now I'm stuck with a bunch of money in there.

Surely aren't they just back to square one in needing to find somebody to merge with?

Why all the doom and gloom or am I being a bit niave?
