You should write Bill and submit your complaint.

Its no fun being on the wrong end of a 5 figure no pay. Imagine how much time its cost this poster and the frustration level.

This is why you send your hard earned cash to a good book and not a new flash being promoted by a couple of forums. If you go on a roll you want to be able to hit the cash out button and lay your hands on your hard fought cash not get stalled and jacked with and maybe paid or maybe not.

I just googled bfc cindy to see if it bought up a picture..this was part of the advertising ploy ya dig?

all that came up was a picture of toucan sam and a camel`s toes...

I actually sent them 100 bucks twice so I could meet a roll over on a contest I entered..I never won back then but think they would have paid quick back then cause they were trolling for deposits on eog and bc

guess someone pulling a david carruthers has not helped the matter

Now is a defining moment in the reputation of The Judge. He gave the impression that he would do what he could for the customer. That being said, he may now be backed in a corner where he doesn't have the ability to remedy the situation. Hopefully everyone gets paid who is due. If not, The Judge comes accross as a smart, well spoken man. He had to know the risks involved when opting to work for them. He deserves to be bashed if things don't work out well.

When douche bag SHRINK took BFC's banner down halfway through the NFL season it raised the ultimate red flag. Unreal how people on these forums would actually send money to BFC after that.

And I have no use for "The Judge" who defended this book when they cancelled winning parlays, voided bets after the line moved in favor of the bettor, and all other shady dealings by BFC.

Judge should of jumped off at the first sign of a no pay. Now he's damaged goods.

About a 99% of the time the reason a payment is not made is because there is no money to send or no desire to send it. Maybe this is that rare exception? That's doubtful because once you no pay a guy and then start jacking him with the payout manager is in a meeting followed by he just left for the day that percentage increases to 100%.

TheShrink taking down a banner means very little. All it means is a check bounced or didn't arrive at all. Notice, he did not give a specific reason. He was very vague why he took it down.

John, I'm hoping this is not the case. I was told by Judge I would be paid a hefty portion of what I'm owed tomorrow. While I feel Judge was deceptive with me, I also feel it is somewhat out of his hands. While I was being told on a daily basis that a bank wire would go out the next morning, that never seemed to happen. Now I've been told BFC isn't sending any bank wires out to US citizens in the near future, which I understand to an extent because of the underlying situation. Now the only option for me it seems is for Judge, or a representative of BFC to physically go to my bank and deposit the funds in my account. I'm told by Judge that this will happen to tomorrow. I'm gonna take the wait and see approach here,at least for 1 more day, but there has been all wait and no see persay since this started........

Was just paid a partial payment by Judge. While it has taken some time, I believe Judge was the guy that made this happen. I am told that I should be fully paid within the week.
