there is no evidence of any fraud or somthing like that,first they asked her for documements and certified letter what she has sent and after that they closed her account for no reason with 300eur deposite in there,at least they shoold payout deposite when closing account.this is scam book wich limits players and closing accounts for any reasons also they have bad live help beware.

Perhaps someone else knows for sure.
- but I thought that they wouldn't disclose details of individuals' accounts and disputes over individuals' accounts other than to a recognised mediator (ie. IBAS, and not SBR) or regulator for privacy (legal) reasons. I've just search the SBR news history and can see various complaints filed over the past several years, but there are no updates/stories suggesting SBR achieved any resolutions on behalf of clients.
