I don't know specifics on min of check withdrawals.

I know that I have previously withdrew the max amount (4000 i think it was?)... and you can only w/d once every 3 business days thru check

I also know that minimum for book to book transfer is $500 and they transfer with most books.

The lowest I know of is when you use USPS. The minimum is $100 but they count the $15 withdraw fee so actually it is a $115 minimum. Regular mail was suprisingly fast. Less than a week.

ive done all check requests from them.. i think min withdrawal is 100... but to use a courier service like fedex, its $40.... regular mail is for $15, but the max withdrawal is $500 i believe...anything over that they make you use courier service.

up to 1k it is regular mail after that up to 3k it is courier, and i think you can get 3k through bank wire
