I'm going to call them today. I have risk / wagered over a 150k in the last 6 months and I am not on any reward program with them. thanks for the tip.

well, I contacted 5Dimes and got Robbie. He says I don't qualify for any rewards even though my wagers for the last 6 months are well over 100k. I said you have got to be kidding me. he said nope, not kidding. they aren't giving me a dime in rewards. I asked to have a manager review my account and he said that was not possible........

Now this sounds like 5Dimes.

I have an account there, and have found the customer service to be average at best. From time to time I call to cancel a bet, find out info about placing bets on the Phone, etc..

It usually ends up being a hassle, or I get lucky with a customer service agent in a good mood.

With all that said I know my money is safe. Even though I live in Vegas, I enjoy being able to place wagers from my computer. Avoiding parking, and long lines at the sportsbook.

yep, I opened an account there as i had been told by many my money is safe there. I had never taken a payout from them until yesterday. I had been just growing the account like an investment. I made my original deposit to open and have not had to make any since. (knock on wood) I took the payout with them yesterday so I can open another acct over at Matchy for baseball season. basically transferring. I hear they are a must have for bases along with 5dimes.

I have other book accounts as well. The only one I ever had a payment issue with was sportsbetting which took me 7 weeks to get my money out of there a year or two ago.

wont be going back to them.

Diamond and Betjam have been good to me so far. no complaints on them.

Diamond has a decent betpoints reward program. I haven't used them yet but will prob take them in air miles for my AA account someday when needed. I'm currently a platinum level and have enough points to get 25k air miles. I may just ride it out til I get the 300k points necessary to get to the Dimaond level where rewards are better.

im still a little bummed I don't get any rewards from 5Dimes as a player as most of my action goes to them.

unlike what you expect, i am a net withdrawal at 5Dimes, consistantly withdrawing $2K to $6K every 2 weeks.
