I know that I've used live chat at The Greek before. For some reason I can't find it on their site now, did they take it away for some reason?

The Greek has never had live chat. You were chatting with another book and didn't realize it. I still hate the submit an email thing with them.

ok I just found it. On the homepage click on online poker, then you will see a support link which will have "live chat." It says that it is from the Greek obv. Tell me it is some other site if I am wrong.

Live Chat is a nice option... but it's frustrating not having operators ready to answer questions.. Bet Jamaica has live chat that is online all day but someone responds/connects to the session about 33% of the time.

TheGreek has a livechat at casino and poker section but not at sportbook.

Betjam also has live chat. You may be able to log in there and ask about the Greek.

They pretty much answer all questions within 20 minutes.... very quick email

They are like the only book that doesn't have live chat.. the emails are pretty quick but still...
