Forget that, I have defended this book numerous times and it was my number one out but after the shit I just went through with CS I may perhaps move my business elsewhere. These people have to be the dumbest group of individuals I have ever met, they're lucky that they have so many options and are solid with payouts because if they slacked a little in either of these departments I would leave in a heartbeat because of the morons on the CS team.Comment -

Lucy won't get to work there long. Soon as a supervisor walks by while she is chatting/talking sweet to a customer--that will be the end. She probably was sick and missed a couple days of training.Comment
