UPDATE: 1.) My original stake has not been credited as of Monday morning. 2.) My check request on 3/26/10 says "paid" under My Payouts History, but I have not received it. They have until Friday to meet their 2-10 business day commitment, but previous checks from BOL were received by now. 3.) My limits for all props and futures remain one dollar. 4.) There is no option online to request a bank wire withdrawal.

How many oversights do they get before the correct grade is given?What about the players that didn't have the benefit of the forums to fight their battles that BOL himself said there were numerous?Did they get paid/credited correctly? They have that familiar aroma of BOS and it stinks like shit.

Haha this case is so laughable, and the posts by BetOnline in this thread just puts it over the top, as the clear cut winner of the Sportsbook Incompetence of the Year Award. I can't even take this book seriously anymore, let alone consider ever playing there.

Just a hilarious handling of this case by BetOnline on every level. There isn't even a debate here. This player is 100% correct and for this not to be rectified within the same day is pathetic. Carry on.

Nobody's suggesting this was handled quickly. Once the case got in front of mgt and they had enough time to weigh the facts and recognize how the prop was unclear, it was handled.

We can highlight the missteps along the way but what really matters is that BetOnline resolved the situation, and they were open to discussing the case with SBR and willing to consider a viewpoint different than their initial one. I can think of a number of books who wouldn't be willing to do that; regardless of how open and shut it might have been to most savvy prop bettors.

Exactly. It's almost as if SBR is trying to obscure the fact that there's a huge gulf between "flat out scam" and "B+ or higher."
