188 cancelled bet Turkey Super League but it's incorrect I think

first I would like to thank you for providing much information concerning sportsbooks. It helped me a lot in the past to adjust my list of bookies I am using for surebetting.

Unfortunately now I have a problem, which I can't dissolve.

It concerns a surebet with 188, Ladbrokes and WillHill.

The match was:

14th march, Turkey Super League, Istanbul BB (Büyüksehir) - Diyabakirspor

There was an interruption due to crowd disturbance in 86th minute - score was 0:0. After the interruption the match finished with score 1:0 @ home. Unfortunately my bet with 188 has won, Ladbrokes and WillHill lost. But the 188-bet was cancelled. Then I chatted with 188. They told me that the match was cancelled due to crowd disturbance.

On the homepage of the UEFA the match is valuated 1-0 @ Istanbul BB.

The 188 rules say:

* If the match is suspended, cancelled or aborted for whatsoever reason during the 2nd Half, all the first half bets will be considered valid, and will be considered valid.

BUT:

The match was not suspended.
The match was not cancelled.
And the match was not aborted.
The match was only interrupted - that's not the same I think.

Technically, "suspended" DOES mean interrupted. So, whenever a goal is scored in a match Betfair is covering Live, for example, they show "suspended" on their odds and you can't bet until they clear and restart the market.

That said, I'm not sure that the PURPOSE of these types of rules is to cover short interruptions, but more often games that have to be re-commenced the next day, etc. because of weather conditions where the health of the players, etc. may be very different, hence different odds may be appropriate. But then these games are actually "aborted" and re-started from the beginning. SO if the word "suspended" is to mean ANYTHING DISTINCT FROM from "aborted" or "cancelled", I think it has to cover the kind of situation in that match. But you could try arguing about the purpose of such rules?

Right now, I've seen on the homepage of the UEFA, that the match won't be valuated. Ladbrokes has just refunded my stake. I hope and I think, Hill will refund the stake, too. So the problem would be dissolved.

If the sportsbook doesn't refund the money, you should fill out a complaint for and someone here at SBR will try to help you resolve this.

general rules for suspending of games is that if play is resumed from the point of suspension of game within 48 hours the bets stand. if game is postponed more than 48 hours generallly the bets are meant to be refunded.

Unfortunately the 188bet conditions around the bet are very loose so their conditions could be read multiple ways

at least i'd be expecting a refund, 188 bet canot call a 0-0 result @ 86 mins i'd be following it up

I had the same problem with SBOBet and my bet was a winner but they cancelled my bet where some books would have settled it has a winner. SBOBet see this has fair to everyone if they cancel all wagers after 1st half if it's suspended in the 2nd half.

lad: refunded
hill rules say: if there is a replay (and I hope so) then the bet will stand. So I have to lay it on an exchange not to lose money. If there is no replay but the referee blowed the whistle after 90 minutes (he actually did that), the match will stand and the bet is lost.
