Getting bad vibes from Bookmaker

I had never had an account with bookmaker, but was told to use them because of their early ncaa totals. Got a $50 cash play through here & set up account. Have been playing on that and have built it up nicely but have not requested a payout yet.

I was gonna put some more money in my account so I could play bigger in that account for tourney. Got on live chat with a rep & told them that I wanted to fund my acct by credit/debit card. He told me the fund by credit card option had been turned off on my acct. I told him to turn it on. He says that the fraud dept. has targeted my card. I told him I have never funded that acct by card or any other means, only through SBR.

He says he's sorry, he was wrong, my acct is targeted because I use the same computer as other players. I said you can have this computer fingerprinted & you'll only find mine. He said contact such & such dept.

If it is this hard to give them money I would hate to see the hassle to take it from them. I think I will withdrawal and not continue to give them shit!

They didn't want to deal with the hassle that credit cards from states cause them at $10 a day

That is surprising for them. I have been very critical of this book but an issue like that seems strange.

bkmkr cs is likely the worst in the industry as it seems like they sometimes WILLFULLY give out the wrong info as opposed to rogue books' cs who are forced to give out the wrong info..

legends does it on 2 to 3 business days

Have other players used other books on your computer? ie 1 friend making just 1 bet with another bookmaker could drop an iesnare flash cookie on your computer which would be cross referenced and passed to other sportsbooks in the iesnare network, making it look like the machine is being used by multiple ID's.

Well, why don't you talk with the dept. and see what they have to say ? Bookmaker is absolutely great, they had some issues in the past but they improved a lot in the last 8 months, in my opinion they are the best in the business right now. The last payment I received from them was very fast and professional, even got a call from FedEx telling me the day and time they would deliver my check.

I stopped playing there when:

1. I got the bait and switch from Sales, then got screwed by CS on an offer.
2. When their 3 team 6pt FB teasers started paying 8:5 instead of 9:5 like everywhere else.
3. When I got low juice options elsewhere.

I really liked them, but there are better options out there, that are nearly as safe.

Almo$t $ame thing happened to me. Cut off my credit card deposit option, just said I am on a negative database even though I never charged back. Only ca$h deposits. But now I can deposit with cards again.

when you have trouble getting paid, post again...bookmaker has been nothing but excellent for me so far. The only thing that would worry me is winning too much and not getting paid. Though that hasn't occurred yet....hopefully soon.

seriously you want to avoid the mutliple id bullshit and what not. I do 5dimes ** deposit/ and ** and ** payout only... license thats it no questions asked. and so far across the board from 5 dimes to trhe ** ppl to the ** ppl. not an issue knock on wood
