always liked hollywood. the only problem was they were related to sportsbook.com. this would be great if they are with a different family of books. i would deposit right away. haven't played there in a while.

I suspect they will cancel the payout and you'll have to re request it under their new platform, which should be alot quicker.

I'm being vague purposefully, as I don't know if they want the details of their new family out yet, but most will be happy. Here's an E Mail I received.

Nope. I can say who it is now, since it appears balances have been transferred over, although not all else. It's the Bookmaker.eu family of books.

Looks like it's taking longer than planned. I was able to log in yesterday, but today I can't. I agree about some unique features of Hollywood's ex family that I'll miss, especially the ability to bet NFL games weeks in advance. Received the following E Mail this morning:

Bookmaker.eu is the most secure bookmaker that is open to USA customers and your funds will be safe if they are in that group now, somebody that could certainly not have been said at all when they were in the Sportsbook.ag group, and security of your funds is the number 1 thing above all else to think about when it comes to a bookmaker.

You don't bet at Hollywood for the security of your account. I'd feel good if I had money there. They will just be another JustBet and BetDSI when this is done. Maybe you can get a small 100% bonus where you can't at Bookmaker but will have to bet late lines.A

And pay their damn withdrawal fees.

I only bet at bookmakers where my account is secure and that should be everybody's number 1 and ultimate main concern when deciding whether to deposit and bet with a bookmaker. No other factor comes anywhere close.

Good odds, early odds, good bonuses and whatever else you may have been playing at Hollywood Sportsbook for aren't worth anything whatsoever if you're funds aren't safe.

I know that even though they may take 5 times as long as other books to pay out, all you'll say is that it doesn't matter how long it takes because they always pay. That's true, until they stop paying.

What you've got to look at is if they are taking such a longer time to payout than their competitors, their cashflow must be very poor indeed, so whilst they may be paying now, there's absolutely no guarantee that will be paying from one week to the next, and it's players like you that don't seem to have the security of the funds as their main concern, it's players like you that most of the time carry the can with your money stuck in one of these books when they go bust and then cry scam or whatever.

But if you play in books like the ones in the Sportsbook.ag group and you get stiffed at some point, you can't cry on here about it as if you were paying attention you would have seen the red flags bright and clear and stayed away from these kinds of bookmakers in the first place.

Definitely taking longer than they anticipated to covert to the new family. They missed out on NFL Exhibition Betting this week. Hopefully it's finalized sometime this week.

If they've got the Pinnacle standard of IT it could be around a month.

It's worth the wait though for the vastly better quality bookmaker group your funds will be heading to in the end.

I haven't talked to anyone there but I would bet money that the migration and cross referencing names of existing accounts at bookmaker has been more of a bitch than planned. These almost always are. If it was Hollywood to Sportsbook.com or any DGS book to Bookmaker, it would be a simple import function. Each one of these accounts probably had to be entered by hand.
