after chatting with management, your only allowed to receive 3 promos from bet pheonix, they confused freeplays bought with sbr points as being their promos. they fixed it and i have been granted the 64 dollar freeplay. thanks.

I doubt they would just let you cash your free money out after the roll over just like........its like giving away free money and they wont do it.......im sure you would have to deposit some to withdraw the winnings.....anyone withdraw their winnings from the free play without depositing?

the $250 means, that's the most you can win. so lets say you get it up to $400 after you have rolled it over 6x. Then you should just stop playing and request the $250, thats the most you can win (you forfeit the rest)

Just remember the $250 max. So if you hit big don't risk too much at once as there is no sense to risk it if you can't win more. Also, you can only use it on sports, and on 3 team parlay max and 2 team teaser max. -200 or less also!

They just paid me again right on time, no problems. One rep sweated me on making two withdrawals within one week. I was definitely offended by that. Pissed me off big-time that a fvcking rep would take me to task on why I'm withdrawing my money. However, cash came right on time, as promised, most importantly.

So if you clear the rollover and get $250, can you later use it on the site betting other sports or do you have to withdraw the $250 and they cut you off from betting thosw winnings?

Ok, let me explain. Say you have $400 in your account after you have cleared the 6x rollover. You can request $250 be put in your account instead of cashing out. You will lose the remaining $150 because of the $250 max. Once you do this, you can win an unlimited amount. But you have to make sure that they reset your account! you could do this with a simple phone call.
