well i won a bet 4 days ago 400 euros. i requested a payout. they close my account due to 'security reasons' they dont answer anymore to my complaints. i play there for 2 years. generally i lose. i am not a winner. and if i win i almost never request pay outs. i'd rather play more and i lose of course.. i must have lost more that 10000 euros there and got back 2000 maybe 3000 max. so i am not a player that is making them lose. i dont understand why they did this. I search some forums including this one and found out that many other have similar problem with that particular company. so i'd like some tips on how to deal with them

I am using both Bwin and BETOTO for mmore than a year now, only cancelled one bet in this time that was really out of line.
