I have been unable to check justbet. It is most possibly a problem with the IPs, but yesterday I was on a friend home (different ISP) an it also timed out. It suddenly works for a few days, and then stops working. Usually both justbet.com and justbet.co.cr are down, but once one worked (it may have been cached though). Maybe my country (Mexico) is blacked out?
