My experience with WagerHub wasnt terrible. I got a couple payouts in a few days time and the service was good. I did tell them that I really think we should be paid same day if we pay for Moneygram because we give them Moneygram info same day when we deposit. I tried 5Dimes today because I opened an account for the SBR bracket contest and it took them several hours and several phone calls bitching to get my Moneygram in my account. I was rally pissed but I am over it now. I really like the website. I also got a BetJamaica payout yesterday within about 6 hours. Superquick.Comment -

I was contacted by my customer service department to inform me that you have contacted them via live chat to request a payment of $1900 to be sent to you which will not be considering the fact that you had already agreed to the bonus winnings plus bonus awarded at the time of deposit to be removed from the account when ready for last payment to be sent.
I quite dont understand why you keep trashing us on SBR and why you keep this up if an arrangement had already been made and we met our end of the bargain. In any case I will go ahead and forward a file to both OSGA and SBR with a copy of the conversation you and I held on Wednesday, March 3rd, at 5:42 pm local time where you agreed to the bonus money being removed which left exactly $2200 from which $1100 reamined in the account and the rest was sent to you the very next day.
Please do not insist in contacting us as we consider this chapter closed and you are no longer one of our customers. We paid you and kept our word when it came to the deal we made and if I need to post the recording of what exactly went on, on the conversation we had where you even apologized to me for the damage done and twice as I repeated myself on the deal proposed to you, you agreed to it then so be it. I guarantee you that I will not go back and forth with you at all as I do have good, loyal customers to attend to and will not spend my time answering to you or people that dont even play with us but I will make sure everyone knows exactly what went on just so they know who they are dealing with. Your name has been forwarded to Costa Rica's Sportsbook Asociation where they hold a black list of players and you can add any if you consider they can harm other books or even commit fraud of some sort. You were added under the grounds of destroying an image and giving false statement of accepting a payment deal that you would later deny to retrieve more money from us once you had been paid. An email was sent to all owners and staff and they will try and match names, last names and IP addresses to the ones that were sent to ensure they dont have the same issues we currently have with you. You post to destroy our image and although our intentions are not the same as we dont wish to pursue this at all.. we do feel obligated to warn others. Costa Rica is quite small and everyone knows everyone so we are just doing what we see fit as you have done by posting back and forth even after you had been paid.

Also, for those of you who are interested and want to know the truth about the settlement agreement....I agreed on a settlement offer in which I would take the winnings minus the bonus + bonus winnings. However, my calculation of the bonus + bonus winnings is considerably different than their calculation. Here is the email that I sent to Gia from WagerHub on February 25th in which I offered her a settlement agreement since I was being completely ignored by her and WagerHub:
Hello Gia,
To be completely honest with you, I cannot take this anymore. I have not been able to sleep whatsoever the last few days because of this dispute, I have been wasting hours of my time and your time trying to contact you on chat or by phone, and I am just stressed out to the max right now. I can't be so consumed with something like this around my kids. I took work off today so that I could talk to Johnathan as I seriously just wanted to be finished with this. I still have not been contacted by him and it is now 6:30 PM over there. I know that I have done nothing unfair or illegal on my account. As I tried to explain to you earlier, the best explanation that I could come up with after doing research and talking to tech support at Verizon, is that every time I log onto the internet on my Blackberry it routes it through their main server in Canada. As it says in that paragraph from the internet that I showed you: "If you are in the US and the controlling agency of the IP is located in Canada, chances are your IP location will show as Canada. Showing a Canadian IP while in the US is very common among Blackberry users on the Verizon network." Now the reason why it is showing over 40 IP addresses from my Blackberry is because Verizon uses a DHCP server which uses dynamic IP addresses, these IP addresses change every time you connect to the network. The tech support rep at Verizon told me that not every Blackberry will have this issue, but many do. This is the best explanation that I can come up with for these IP addresses Gia. All I have is my word on this one...I have never even been to Canada and I do not have any family or friends from Canada. I have only made plays on my account from the computer lab at Boise State University, from my Blackberry phone, and from my parents house in Ontario, Oregon. This I can promise you is the truth and I have not wavered from it a bit since you first asked me about these IP addresses.
Now, with all this being said, I just want to settle on this and move on because I can't do this any longer like I mentioned before. I am willing to settle and just take my winnings minus the original bonus + bonus winnings. Now I know the way you calculate and the way I calculate this is totally different. I believe that the original bonus + bonus winnings should be at the most $220 (cash bonus) + $200 (winning amount from cash bonus) + $150 (original free play bonus of $280 at cash value). This would be a total of $570 deducted from my account. I have spoken to a lot of books and they calculate the bonus + bonus winnings this exact same way. The way you calculate it is $220 (original cash bonus) + $1,828.64 (44% of all winnings) + $280 (free play bonus). This would be a total of $2,328.64 deducted from my account. I would be willing to meet you half way on this as I think that would be fair. The halfway point between a deduction of $570 and $2,328.64 is a deduction of $1,449.32. So this means that the total balance left in my account would be $4,156 - $1.449.32 = $2,706.68. In fact, I would be willing just to settle with one last payment of $2,500 and call it good. Do you think that this is a fair settlement Gia? Would you be willing to send out this payment tomorrow morning so that we could just put this behind us? I would greatly appreciate it if at all possible you could do the payment tomorrow as I have a textbook that I need to buy that I don't have the money for right now to prepare for a test that I have on Monday. I can promise you that if you are willing to accept this settlement, that I will drop this case and I will not write or say anything negative about WagerHub again....you have my word on this. I think that it would be great for all parties involved if we make a settlement so that we can move on with our busy and hectic lives and quit wasting time with this. Now, after I sent this email to her she told me that she would forward the settlement offer to the big guy and then get back to me. I did not hear back from her for over a week and a half! That is when she finally called me up and made a payment to me but took $1,900 from my account for the bonus + bonus winnings. Also, keep in mind that nothing that I did nothing that was against their rules so I should have been able to keep all of my winnings.
