Hi, I made 2 bets on teams Lokomotiv Plovdiv-Chernomorets Burgas which were to be held March 6 and March 7. As it turned out the match on March 7 of these teams did not exist. It was a mistake of a bookmaker in the line.The game took place on March 6. The bookmaker calculated a loss on both bets. Here is our correspondence:
Me: Why has calculated my bet? this game will be held March 7.
"Mar 5 11:55am Soccer - Loss 139.00
1. Soccer - Chernomorets Burgas - spread pk (2.51)
for the regulation time held on Mar 7 at 6:00am [loss] "
Bookmaker: These two bets are exactly the same.
Me: no, the dates of matches are different. One match will be held on Mar 7 at 6-00 am, another was held today (Mar 6 at 6:00 am).So,if game on Mar 7 Lokomotiv Plovdiv-Chernomorets Burgas doesn't take place then bet 139 eur must be void! I made bet exactly on match Mar 7 . My bet on Mar 6 match Lokomotiv Plovdiv-Chernomorets Burgas not won, I agree just this fact.
Bookmaker: Here is the response from the oddsmaker
This match was postponed for the day, and played the following.
Within roughly 24 hours time.
Regardless of which dates he placed both bets, they both stand.
The dates make no difference unless over 48 hours time, which wasnt the case here.
And yes, never will 2 teams, play each other within 24 hours time of both full time matches.

Me: This match was not postponed for the day. This match was held according to the work program of Bulgarian Professional Football League (www.pfl.bg): date of match is Mar 6 2010 1:00PM. Kick-off time match was not changed, see report (http://www.pfl.bg/pfl/opencms/menu/e...!query092@).So I don't understand why you considered the bet with your mistake in date of match.
Bookmaker: No you made 2 separate wagers on the same match. Wally
Me: No I made 2 wagers on the different matches, their start time is different (for the regulation time held on Mar 7 at 6:00am and for the regulation time held on Mar 6 at 6:00am).How are you calculating bet of match which will be played just tommorow?
Bookmaker: No sir that is not true. In your account they are both for the same time and same date. We do not go by screen shots.
Me: Dear Wally! Why you did not agree with your mistake in the line? Date of the match in my bets is varying :March 6 and March 7. You can sure in that, just look at my Wager Description and you'll see
I placed a second bet 160 eur because I saw an error in the date of the first bet equal 139 eur. So I logical thought that would be abolition of bet. Sir,you break the rules which writing by you, and accuse me of lying!!! I have to make topic on forum (http://forum.sbrforum.com) , to attach my screenshots! Let other people to judge between us.
