First I would like to thank the customer service dept. upper management for all they did to help resolve the issue I had so if your reading this 5 Dimes THANK YOU.
Now I know everyone has different experiences and all with 5Dimes but I want to let everyone here know about my experience and how pleased at how it worked out cause I am sure it has happened before and this won't be the last time but here is what happened:
On thursday I tried to make a deposit for which the first attempt was DENIED so I figured I tyoed some in wrong so I did it again and this time it went thru and my account was credited, so far no problem. Now on friday as I am reviewing my checking account statement as I always do at the end of the week I notice a charge that shouldn't have been there so know where I made the deposit I went to the customer service dept. to explain my situation and see what could be done to resolve this matter. To begin the process I had to email a screen shot of the statement that showed the deposit(s) to verify they both had gone thru as I thought when the first attempt was denied and tried again with success thought I would only see one charge. Well as it was late I was told I had to wait til today to talk to the credit card dept that handles the processing to help resolve the issue. After calling an talking to them on the phone to verify it was me (I assume) the issued was resolved as the processor had went ahead and charged my first attempt but it didn't show up til they investigated it and within one and a half hours my account was credited with the other deposit.
So to me this has to be by far the BEST customer service I have EVER had at any book but by NO means I am not putting any of the other books I use down as I just want to give credit where credit is do....THANK YOU 5 DIMES
I am sure this will prob bring out some that had bad experiences as well as good ones with this company but just wanted to share my experience here with others when looking for a Sportsbook to use as I would recommend 5 DIMES to anyone as their customer service is number 1 to me.
